The Office
Our Office is where we spend the most time, so chose the sunniest place in the house. Working from home means we wanted to create a light, lively space with accents of Victorian decor in a modern space. As always, we try to find items to use on second hand websites, such as a facebook marketplace, and encourage you to do the same. However, sometimes it’s not your lucky day, so here’s what we used:
Light Switches: Knightsbridge Toggle Switch in Brushed Brass
Plug Sockets: Knightsbridge Double Plug Socket in Brushed Brass
Radiator: FB marketplace, but the product is Acova 3 Column Radiator from B&Q. Always check the BTU specifically for your space to make sure your nice and toasty!
Radiator valves: Hot Flow Antique Brass TRV valves. These also come in a 6 pack which works out cheaper.
Lightweight Coving: FB marketplace but the brand is Orac. Beginners guide to coving coming soon!
Fireplace: fb marketplace. Restoration blog coming soon!
